* Product bought on sale are final sale items. Which means there are no refunds. You would be able to exchange items if product is in stock or receive a voucher to use at our online store.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: We understand that many customers are purchasing Christmas gifts, and so we've extended our return policy until January 4th!
* All returned items must be in new and unused condition and still have their original packaging attached to them. We cannot refund you if not in original packaging.
* The customer is responsible for return postage costs.
* Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order and note the new size or item desired. (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.)

Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or we will issue your refund.
