Shoes run true to size. Shoes offered in whole sizes mens 3-14. If you are a half size we recommend going up to the next whole size. This applies for women as well.(Example- women's 8 translates to men's 6.5, you would then go up to the 7)

Can I purchase items with another currency?
Yes, you may select a currency based on your personal preference. When you select your country in the country selector on the upper right of the website or are taken directly to your country’s version of the website, you will see prices listed in the regional currency.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
Yes! Just email our customer service and will do our best to fix your order.
How To Return My Items?
We want you to fall in love with your purchase and we strive to deliver the best quality products possible. If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for REFUND or EXCHANGE it for another style within 14 days of receiving your order.
* Product bought on sale are final sale items. Which means there are no refunds. You would be able to exchange items if product is in stock or receive a voucher to use at our online store.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: We understand that many customers are purchasing Christmas gifts, and so we've extended our return policy until January 4th!
* All returned items must be in new and unused condition and still have their original packaging attached to them. We cannot refund you if not in original packaging.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
When do I get my tracking number?
All tracking will be available once the item is purchased! Afterwards we will be able to update you with the tracking number.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide!
Will my order be shipped in multiple parcels?
Sometimes due to large orders we will ship in multiple parcels. Do not be worried if you only receive part of your order in one parcel. The rest is on its way!
How long will my order take to deliver?
Your order should take between 5 to 7 business days to arrive at your doorstep once your order is dispatched. You will receive tracking information of your parcel by email between 3 to 5 days of ordering. You can track your parcel all the way to your doorstep. For some countries, shipping may take longer than usual e.g. Italy they usually hold your order for longer at customs. We are not liable for this.
Will I have to pay any customs fees?
No customer has ever emailed us to say that they had to pay a customs fee. We are quite confident that you will not have to pay any customs fees. However if a customs fee is required, it is not the seller's responsibility to pay it.

How secure is your site?
Superb⚡Sportswear processes payments using the Stripe payment gateway. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification. We take security very seriously, all payments are verified by Stripe to prevent fraud.
Can I amend my order?
We work super quick at processing orders to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. You can amend your order as much as you like before you click “complete order” but after this point you will be unable to make amendments to your order. You are responsible for ensuring your order details are correct before completion.
When will I receive my parcel?
It will take between 5 to 7 business days to arrive at your doorstep. Depending on different country’s custom restrictions, this may take longer (we wish this wasn't the case!). US orders usually arrive within 7-10 business days.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to a number of customers across the world. We provide the very highest levels of customer service and responsiveness all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to our warehouse within 48 hours after order confirmation. Our manufacturer process the orders, which takes an additional 2–5 days.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for your order to be shipped from our manufacturing warehouse to its destination: Shipping to the US, Canada, Australia and Europe usually takes 5 -15 working days. Shipping to countries outside of these zones usually takes 25 working days.
All orders are shipped by US Postal Service or UPS. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 5 and 15 days to arrive at their destination, but can take longer from time to time due to the volume of order we receive on a daily basis. Please allow up to 15 business days for delivery to a US address, and up to 25 business days for delivery to a non-US address. Note that for some countries, shipping may take longer than estimated.
